Winzeler Steffen Attorneys at Law, however, do process personal data that we obtain from our clients, other business partners or individuals in the context of our business relationships with them. Such personal data may include contact details such as first name, surname, e-mail address, postal address, phone numbers, profession and function.
Thereby, we strictly adhere to professional secrecy obligations and data protection laws in Switzerland (FADP) and other data protection regulations that may be applicable, such as the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).

If you have given us your consent to process your personal data for a certain purpose, e.g. when registering to receive newsletters, we will process your personal data within that scope and based on this consent. A withdrawl is possible at any time, but this does not affect data processed prior to such a withdrawal.

We process personal data mainly in connection with the mandates of our clients and in order to conclude and process contracts with our clients and business partners and in order to comply with our legal obligations, if any.
